IntelliStream was founded in 2023 in Stavanger, Norway. It started with a simple observation about data:

At Boost.ai, our founder watched a simple truth play out: reliable data beats clever models. The teams that won were the ones who built their training data from scratch and could trust every row of it.
The lesson repeated itself working with Aker BP and one of the category's leading platform vendors, where he helped introduce knowledge graphs to map business problems. Modelling the business as connected knowledge, not isolated tables, made a huge difference.
IntelliStream brings that discipline to operational data. Most organizations don't have a data problem, they have a trust problem: the data exists, but nobody can safely build on it.

Olav founded IntelliStream and runs it day to day. He has always liked working with data. As one of the people who built Boost.ai from the start to a unicorn, he came away with one lesson that outweighed the rest: data quality decides everything.

Adriana, IntelliStream's marketing wizard (CM&BDO) who translates "tech speak" into human language.
From refreshing giants like Coca-Cola to speeding up EV charging, she is now taking on data with us. With work experience from Central America and Australia, Adriana builds bridges between product, engineering, support and sales. Her bright mood is always in the room, and things keep moving because of it.
Her superpower is go-to-market strategy paired with creative campaigns — which is how she holds the secret formula for the company's reputation and growth.
Jostein, IntelliStream's CTO and chief Data Jedi. From building algorithms at Equinor and microcontrollers at Microchip, to driving hyper-growth at Tampnet, he's a master at turning complex data into actionable AI solutions.
Armed with a Master's in Electronic System Design from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Jostein is now spearheading the IntelliStream Data Platform. He builds tech that scales, engineering efficiency and growth while making the complex look effortlessly easy.

With a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Stavanger, he treats code like a creative playground, building the innovative infrastructure that gives our platform a massive competitive edge.
When he's not busy being intimidatingly smart, you'll find him charmingly dominating board games or schooling people on the basketball court.
Our infrastructure
Everything we host runs on our own servers in Stavanger, Norway, operated by an all-Norwegian engineering team. Your data stays in the Nordics, on infrastructure we control end to end. Prefer to run it elsewhere? The platform is cloud-agnostic: deploy it on our metal, in your own data center, or in any cloud you already use.
