Support requests go straight to the engineering team in Stavanger. It's a short path: the person answering has usually written the code you're asking about.

Help us help you fast. The more of this you include, the quicker the answer:

What you were doing: the steps that led up to the problem.
What you expected: and what happened instead.
Versions and logs: platform version, error messages, relevant log lines.
Security issues: flag them clearly. They go to the front of the queue.
